Melissa joined KRI in 2025 as the Operations and Marketing Manager, where she also plays a key role in product development. Based in our Cleveland office and currently located in Lexington, Kentucky, Melissa brings four years of private equity experience across HR, talent acquisition, communications, and business partnership roles.

Melissa also brings a strong background in marketing strategy, branding, and website development, allowing her to support KRI’s digital presence and product positioning efforts. Her ability to bridge operations, creative execution, and team collaboration makes her an asset to both internal teams and client-facing initiatives.

She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications with a Business minor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Melissa is known for her strong work ethic, passion for self-development, and team-first mindset – values instilled in her from her years playing basketball growing up.

Outside the office, she’s a proud dog mom to a golden doodle and a first-time horse mom to an 8-year-old off-the-track Thoroughbred.
