Andrew joined KRI in 2025 as a member of the Client Success Team in our Miami, Florida office. He brings extensive experience that will undoubtedly support our clients in achieving their goals within the multifamily sector.

Before joining KRI, Andrew was part of a high-performing originations team at a top nationwide direct mortgage lender, where he specialized in residential mortgage originations. Prior to that, he served as a senior member of the Investor Relations team at Cardone Capital, contributing to the firm’s growth from $800 million to more than $1.5 billion in equity raised. During his tenure, he personally raised over $70 million in equity.

Originally from New Jersey, Andrew earned his B.A. in Economics from Queens College. He now resides in Hollywood, FL with his wife and two children and enjoys sports and traveling in his free time.
