JuRene joined KRI’s team in 2020 as a Regional Manager in Tampa, Florida. She started her career in property management in 2005 as a Leasing Consultant/Occupancy Specialist and has worked her way up the corporate ladder to the Asset Manager position.  She has managed properties ranging in size from 25 – 665 units.

JuRene is a graduate of Kaplan University.  She holds several apartment related certifications including  Certified Housing Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and the C3P Tax Credit Certification.  Finally, she is a member of the Bay Area Apartment Association, the Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
